How can someone explain the unexplained? The supernatural. Ghost stories arising seemingly by the day especially in an era where YouTube and all social media is so prevalent. Or how about the discovery of witches and witchcraft?

Of course, not all of Charlie’s fantasy thrillers are based off of the supernatural and witchcraft. Fictional stories simply based off of events taking place in a city as examples of urban fiction, or historical fantasy where you go back in time, and who knows, you may see a couple of romantic fantasies down the road somewhere.

Any way you look at it, Charlie’s first piece is a series based off of witchcraft and baseball. Likewise to his fascination of historical nonfiction in the 20th Century, the same era of time applies with four women who have been fascinated with the Salem Witch Trials in the late 1600s, and teamed up with a railroad magnate in the late 1890s to create a story to remained unexplained to the public for years.
